Premium Upholstery Steam Cleaning
Professional Cleaning Process

Our upholstery cleaning service is designed to safely deep-clean fabrics, remove embedded contaminants, and restore appearance while protecting delicate fibres.

1. Pre-inspection & fabric identification
We identify fabric type, construction, colourfastness, wear, and existing damage. This ensures the correct cleaning method and products are used and realistic expectations are set before cleaning begins.

2. Area & furniture preparation
Surrounding surfaces are protected where required, and cushions are positioned or separated to allow thorough, even cleaning.

3. Thorough pre-vacuuming
Loose debris, dust, hair, and dry soil are removed first. This step is essential for improving steam-cleaning results and preventing unnecessary fibre wear.

4. Targeted spot & stain treatment
Specific stains and heavily soiled areas are pre-treated individually using fabric-safe professional solutions appropriate to the type of contamination.

5. Fabric-appropriate pre-spray application
A specialised upholstery cleaning solution is applied to loosen oils, body soils, and embedded residues without over-wetting or damaging the fabric.

6. Gentle agitation
The pre-spray is carefully worked into the fibres using appropriate tools to maximise soil release while protecting delicate upholstery materials.

7. Low-moisture steam extraction
Professional steam extraction is performed using upholstery-specific tools to flush out contaminants while controlling moisture levels for faster drying and fabric safety.

8. Spot refinement & detailing
Remaining marks are reassessed and treated where possible. While not all stains can be fully removed, every effort is made to achieve the best achievable result.

9. Deodorising & fabric grooming
A deodoriser is applied where required, and fibres are groomed to improve appearance, promote even drying, and leave a clean, uniform finish.

10. Final inspection & after-care advice
Results are reviewed with you, and guidance is provided on drying times, cushion rotation, and ongoing care.
