• Service Area: Alkimos, Banksia Grove, Burns Beach, Butler, Carabooda, Carramar, Clarkson, Currambine, Eglinton, Heathridge, Iluka, Jindalee, Joondalup, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Ocean Reef, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Tapping.
  If your suburb isn’t listed, contact us before booking.

• m² Pricing: Your booking covers the selected package size + additions if needed. Measured area includes spaces under furniture. We’ll confirm m² on arrival.

• Extra Area: If your measured area exceeds the package + additions, extra carpet is charged at relative package per m² (approved before starting).

• Cancellation/Reschedule: Must be at least 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours = 50% cancellation fee (50% refunded).

• No-Show / No Access: If we attend and cannot proceed (no access/no-show/incorrect details), no refund applies.

• Results: We guarantee professional workmanship, but some stains/odors/wear may be permanent due to material type or pre-existing damage.
