Professional Cleaning Process

Every job follows a structured, multi-step process designed to achieve the deepest clean possible while protecting your carpets and furnishings.

1. Pre-inspection & assessment
We assess carpet or fabric type, overall condition, wear, staining, and any problem areas. This allows us to set clear expectations and choose the correct cleaning approach before work begins.

2. UV inspection for pet urine
Ultraviolet inspection is used to locate hidden pet urine contamination that isn’t always visible to the eye, allowing targeted treatment of affected areas.

3. Thorough pre-vacuuming
All areas are fully vacuumed prior to steam cleaning. Removing dry soil first is essential for achieving better deep-cleaning results.

4. Targeted spot treatment(stains)
Specific stains and heavily soiled areas are pre-treated individually using appropriate solutions based on the type of contamination.

5. Targeted spot treatment(Urine)
Pet urine is treated using professional enzyme-based solutions designed to break down odour-causing residues at the source, followed by targeted steam extraction.

6. Pre-spray application
A professional cleaning solution is evenly applied to break down oils, dirt, and embedded residues within the fibres.

7. Mechanical agitation
The pre-spray is gently worked into the fibres to loosen soil and maximise extraction efficiency without damaging the carpet or fabric.

8. High-temperature steam extraction
We perform deep steam extraction using professional high-pressure equipment (up to approximately 1200 PSI), followed by additional drying passes where needed to reduce moisture and improve drying times.

9. Spot refinement
Remaining marks are reassessed and treated where possible. While not all stains can be fully removed, we always aim for the best achievable result.

10. Deodorising & grooming
A deodoriser is applied where required, and fibres are groomed to improve appearance, promote even drying, and leave a clean finish.

11. Optional barrier protection & final grooming
Protective treatments can be applied to help resist future staining, followed by final grooming for a uniform, professional result.

Extra area: We’ll confirm the measured area on arrival. If the measured carpet area exceeds your selected package, additional carpet is $9.50 per m², discussed and approved before we begin

(Urine & Odour Focused)

Best for: homes with pets, smells, or suspected urine — even if you can’t always see it.

Choose Pet Premium if:

• There’s any urine smell, “wet dog” smell, or lingering odour

• Pets have had accidents (even “a while ago”)

• You’ve got repeat markings in the same areas

• You want the best chance of removing odour, not just “cleaning the surface”

What’s different vs Premium:

• UV inspection to locate urine spots (where conditions allow)

• Enzyme/urine treatment with proper dwell time

• Targeted flushing/extraction in affected areas

• Deodorising + grooming finish

Important note :
Urine can soak into underlay. We’ll do everything possible from the top, but if the underlay is heavily contaminated, the only permanent fix can be underlay replacement in that specific area.
