What if I need to change my booking, is there a cancellation policy?
Call or email for cancellations or booking changes, must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid losing your payment.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
Where possible, TSCC may offer a reschedule option at our discretion, subject to availability.

Yes — If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you must notify TSCC within 48 hours. Please check Terms and Conditions page for more information
For the best results we suggest you remove all furniture from the room so the technician can get to all of the surface area. A technician may move small items of furniture and clean around large items if the customer is happy to not empty the areas.

TSCC proudly services the following northern suburbs of Perth:
Alkimos, Banksia Grove, Burns Beach, Butler, Carabooda, Carramar, Clarkson, Currambine, Eglinton, Heathridge, Iluka, Jindalee, Joondalup, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Ocean Reef, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Tapping.
If your suburb is not listed, please don't book.
“How long does it take to dry?”
Most carpets and upholstery dry within 1–6 hours depending on airflow and material. We recommend good ventilation or fans to speed it up.
“Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?”
Yes, we use professional-grade, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning solutions safe for families, pets, and the environment.
“What results can I expect?”
While we aim for outstanding results every time, some stains, wear, or discoloration may be permanent due to fibre damage, chemical reactions, or dye loss. Our technicians will assess and explain any likely outcomes before cleaning. We always guarantee a professional clean and honest advice — not unrealistic promises.
“Do you offer after hours emergency services for flooding or stains?”
Yes we offer emergency services in certain areas (see below) for water extraction from flooding issues or recent accidents on carpet that will become unrecoverable if not dealt with asap.
