Our outdoor and concrete cleaning service is designed to safely remove built-up grime, mould, mildew, algae, and surface contaminants while restoring the appearance of hard outdoor surfaces.

1. Pre-inspection & surface assessment
We assess the type of surface, level of soiling, staining, growth (mould or algae), wear, and drainage conditions. This allows us to select the correct cleaning method and set clear expectations before work begins.

2. Area preparation & safety setup
Surrounding areas are prepared as required, with attention given to drainage, nearby walls, fixtures, and outdoor furnishings to ensure a safe and controlled clean.

3. Dry debris removal
Loose dirt, leaves, sand, and surface debris are removed prior to wet cleaning to improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary spreading of grime.

4. Pre-treatment of heavy soiling & growth
Heavily soiled areas, mould, mildew, algae, and traffic zones are pre-treated using appropriate professional solutions designed for outdoor hard surfaces.

5. Dwell time & surface conditioning
Pre-treatments are allowed sufficient dwell time to break down contamination and loosen embedded grime before high-pressure cleaning begins.

6. High-pressure steam cleaning
Professional high-pressure steam cleaning equipment is used to lift and flush contaminants from concrete and hard surfaces without unnecessary surface damage.

7. Edge, joint & detail cleaning
Edges, expansion joints, corners, and textured areas are detailed where accessible to achieve a more uniform and thorough result.

8. Controlled rinse & residue removal
Surfaces are thoroughly rinsed to remove loosened contaminants and cleaning residues, leaving the area clean and refreshed.

9. Optional surface protection or sealing
Where appropriate, protective treatments or sealers can be applied to help reduce future staining and organic growth.

10. Final inspection & after-care advice
